Description

GE IS220PVIBH1A is a dedicated vibration monitoring I/O module (PVIB package) for the GE Mark VIe control system. As the core signal interface unit, it is responsible for connecting the TVBA vibration terminal board with the system's Ethernet, accurately collecting and conditioning the vibration and displacement sensor signals from rotating machinery such as turbines.

The module is equipped with 13 independent acquisition channels, compatible with various types of sensors such as preamplifiers, accelerometers, and Velomitors. It also has built-in high-speed signal processing and redundant Ethernet communication capabilities, enabling the real-time upload of raw vibration data, phase-locked pulses, and diagnostic information, providing reliable data support for unit health monitoring and safety protection.
