Description

IS200TREAH3A is a dedicated emergency trip terminal board for the GE Mark VIe turbine backup protection system, compatible with the IS220PPROS1B backup protection I/O module. It works in conjunction with the WREA sub-card to undertake the task of converting on-site signals such as rotor speed pulses, trip circuit voltages, and external emergency stop contacts. It processes multiple on-site signals and sends them to the protection calculation module, completing the determination of shutdown interlock logic.

The board is equipped with plug-in multi-specification wiring terminals, integrating speed pulse acquisition, circuit voltage monitoring, and a three-out-of-two solid-state trip output circuit. It takes into account the wiring requirements for multi-axis unit speed measurement and multi-level hard protection circuits. It is compatible with gas and steam turbine safety control cabinets. The wide temperature design enables long-term stable operation. The terminal structure is detachable, simplifying on-site wiring and fault repair work.
