Description
7400211-310 is a dedicated AI analog board for the Triconex Tricon system, compatible with the AI2351 eight-channel analog input module. It supports 4-20mA, 0-10V DC single-ended/differential continuous signal acquisition. It comes with a special AI terminal block and each channel is equipped with three sets of connection terminals (positive, negative, and shielded) to achieve high-precision industrial process parameter acquisition. This board is widely used in petrochemical, power plant, and natural gas pipeline safety control systems to monitor key process parameters such as reactor temperature and pressure, boiler water level, unit vibration, pipeline pressure and flow, etc.
As an exclusive functional base for the Tricon system, this board is completely distinguished from the DI type board 7400208C-020 in terms of hardware specifications and signal types. The analog channels have high-precision acquisition characteristics and a response speed of seconds. It comes with a shielded connection design to weaken on-site electromagnetic interference and is compatible with the standardized rack installation of safety instrument SIS cabinets. Relying on the Tricon fault-tolerant architecture, it ensures long-term continuous and stable data acquisition and meets the functional safety monitoring requirements of process industries.
